Email us ASAP at email@example.com with your order number and the new full name and updated address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to update the address no problem, but if it has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to update the address. If your care package is sent back to us, we are more than happy to re-ship to your updated address, and will invoice you for the shipping cost to re-ship.
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping, but hope to very soon! Make sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page to be the first to know when we begin offering international shipping.
If your box is missing an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Note: provide your order # and ideally images when you send us an email.
